Yes, all quotes are provided in writing via email or SMS, detailing the work to be carried out, parts required, labour time, and total cost. Once you approve the quote, we won't carry out additional work without contacting you first if unexpected issues arise during the job.

We're open Saturday mornings from 9am-1pm for collections, drop-offs, and consultations. We're closed Sundays and bank holidays. If you need to arrange an out-of-hours drop-off or collection, please call ahead and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

We understand plans change. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. For LPG conversions where we've ordered specific parts for your vehicle, we may need to charge a small fee for restocking. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
